Wines in History

After the flood, the Bible says that Noah became a farmer and he planted a vineyard. We use apples from our orchard and honey from our bee hives to make the most delicious, decadent wines. Most wine is made from fermenting the sugar in grapes, but cider is made from fermenting the sugar in apples and mead is made from fermenting honey.

We are reactivating our winery license to be able to sell our mead and cider. Currently we do not have any wines for sale, but we are perfecting our recipe. We look forward to creating more award-winning wines.
